  • To enable online appointment booking.
  • To provide access to the NeoHealth Patient Portal, where registered patients may view appointments, access certain health information, and communicate with the practice.
  • To provide a contact mechanism for enquiries.

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, booking appointments, or submitting forms.
  • Keep your login credentials (username and password) for the Patient Portal confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
